update message...

i am using videlia 3.9...and tor 0.2.2.15
so a message came out and say :


" The currently installed version of Tor is out of date or no longer 
recommended. Please visit the Tor website to download the latest 
version.

Tor website: https://www.torproject.org "


it has never seen a message like that before????


any answers????
