You do realize that ISPs log all IP assignments anyway? So for a
motivated party -- meaning, anyone who can send an email with the string
DMCA in it to your ISPs "abuse" department -- there's zero anonymity in
dynamic IP addresses anyway.

All "anonymity" granted by dynamic IP addresses is a shallow
anonymity-by-policy, which is to say it doesn't really exist.
