thanks all for your timely responses.  frankly, my PC is the one
accessing the various destinations routed through Tor; it is not like i
have an open switch or wifi network that other pc's can freely connect
to and use my DSL line.  further, it does state at the end of section 7a
that i may host a server.  i know i'm probably picking and choosing to
my benefit here so, in the mean time, i have stopped the exit node and
am seeking EFF's input.  i may end up trying the reduced exit policy
mentioned in mike's blog, #6, or just running a middle node.
