Are that repositoy alive?

I use the tor on my Debian laptop and I have the next recordings in my
sourses.list :
deb http://mirror.noreply.org/pub/tor lenny main
deb-src http://mirror.noreply.org/pub/tor lenny main

Today I see here : http://www.torproject.org/docs/debian.html.en and
don't find those repositories there.
Are those alive?
