A tor error message prior to crash

this is my very simple workaround for bug 957:

anonymizer2:~# cat /etc/cron.d/check
*/5 *   * * *   root    ( /etc/init.d/tor start ) > /dev/null
               2>&1

Debian's start-stop script doesn't start tor twice if it's already running.
