TBB versioning is for the entire bundle, not the individual components.
Perhaps we can change this to be more clear on the download page.
TBB 1.1.4 is made up of individual compontents, as detailed at
https://www.torproject.org/torbrowser/details.html.en#contents

Does that clear things up?
