I see, i see.
Well, but the argument, that the fingerprints are not in a centraized
database, is no arguement: the polices will have drect access to the
data after closingtime of the local resident's regristration office
and at weekends. A centralized acces is simply not neccessary in a
dezentralised, but connected system.
Furthermore, on the EU-level a centralized european database of all
europeans is planned -> Eurodac
These are european strategies, therefore we have to fight it on a
european level.
