Questions about a TOR server

Hi,

So finally I am running "research36" :) To begin I decided to not be an exit mode, but will change this soon.

Which policy must I put in the log file if I want to be an "exit node" but ONLY on the port 443? Yes, I don't want to allow the port 80, non-encrypted...

Other question: What can I do to see the traffic of the Tor server? I don't know a lot about unix systems.
