[ANNOUNCE] Incognito Live CD r161

Release r161 of Incognito has the following changes:

    * Thunderbird 2.0.0.4 - version bump, correct language selection
    * Mixminion configuration for Thunderbird
    * Increase USB home partition to 20MB, existing partitions will need to be 
removed to get this, or if you know what you are doing you can extend it 
yourself.
    * Vidalia 0.0.12
    * TorK - remove like-back as it wakes up every 10ms
    * Remove wireshark, nmap and nessus as they do not seem too useful. 
ettercap is available still and provides similar functionality to wireshark 
with the advantage of taking less space.
