Anyone know what 'NSA-Affiliated' actually means?
I can't find a cryptome definition anywhere. Are they known to be in cahoots
or are they assumed to be so on the basis of some other activity?
Is there a kernel of truth at all in that page or should it be taken with a
large pinch of Alex Jones?
