Tor server tortuga dying often

Ciao a tutti,

on tortuga server  we are experiencing some problems  because the server
die often.

The program comes from debian package from

deb http://mirror.noreply.org/pub/tor sarge main

Yesterday we activated the log option and we find these lines on log:
