Why is Vidalia trying to launch dwwin.exe?

	I believe this is completely dependent upon your configuration.
	You can configure your system to not launch Dr. Watson on
	process crash, and not send anything to MS.  

	In XP, this is easier to do via System Properties.  Reg hacks
	are required in W2k and WinNT4.
