Thanks, great link! 

What I need at the moment is a statistics page with table or graphics 
country by country, or city by city (also European) visualizing the 
end user usage hour by hour and weekday by weekday. 

This is to pick a well filled up time for blurring out the possible 
traffic analyzis of all Tor end user in a country, when a particular 
user´s destination website is in the very same country.
