Just tor. It restarted fine, and was doing ~1mpbs all day today (our 
network is busiest during the day when all the 9-5 students are on campus)

i386, 5.4.p20, with latest versions of OpenSSL. I did a buildworld 
before I setup tor.

I'll wait until you commit the offical port, and we'll see if .13 
addresses it. Meanwhile, I wrote a simple shellscript to run via cron to 
catch tor if dies, and restart it.
