Tor 0.1.2.1-alpha is out

I am trying to build this on Windows but I'm having trouble using MAKE.  I got the source via. <https://tor-svn.freehaven.net/svn/tor/trunk/> and put it into the dir. "Tor".

I have MinGW on C:\MinGW an I included this in my environmental PATH.

I tried running the following along with all [options] I could think of without success.  
--
cd Tor
make
pause
--

I keep getting this error:
--
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop
--



Any help would be great!
