Did you use UPX v.2.0.1?  This version offers better
.exe compression and better Win32 compatability.

I use the "--best" switch as "--brute" takes a *long*
time to process and I haven't seen better compression
ratios vs. "--best".

Do you use Adblock or Adblock Plus?  IMO ABP is
supirior to AB.
