[tor-scaling] Tuesday March 12th 17UTC - Re: meeting - priorities

Hi!

It seems that the best time for almost everybody is on

March 12th - 1700 UTC

We can have the meeting in #tor-meeting that is a public channel. If
anybody thinks that we should meet in a private channel, please let us
know.

I tried to do a summary of the discussion in the mailing list in the pad
we had with notes. Mostly for my own understanding but it may help others:
