[tor-reports] Sebastian's August 2015

Hi there,

during August I:
 - facilitated the community team meetings including note-taking
   and connecting with most meetings of the other teams
 - worked with Kate to bring her up to speed on several fronts, including
   gpg usage, ldap, struggles with media strategy vs openness, etc.
 - triaged tools that can help the press team manage themselves better,
   with a current recommendation to try out trello unless the press team
   needs something different
 - implemented a few Tor features for debugging and found a couple of bugs
   along the way, with patches already accepted.


Next up is more of the same, especially focusing on website tickets
and preparing the community team's dev meeting contributions.
Hopefully I'll have time to sneak in some Tor patches again, too.
