August work log

Finished SIDA proposal [waiting to hear back from them to see if we need
to change anything before the final submission]

Met with Mike, Katina and Sue Gardner on crowdfunding project. Organized
some documentation for the project (e.g. timeline) and now waiting to
get final contract proposal from Sue and Katina.

Met with Meredith, Roger, Nick, Sue A., Steve and Katherine to agree on
a system for reporting project progress to them. We are using storm
ecalc for it, emailed and met with project leaders to review and update
the information, still pending on a couple of people to respond.

Working with Nick on Core Tor team deliverables and helping coordinate
Network team (applying some good practices from Tor Browser and
Measurement teams)

Working with Yawning on coordinating sponsorT deliverables.

Miscellaneous:
Organized the operations meetings.
Isis contract.
Fund for TorBirdy.
OTF invoice.
Katherine onboarding
SponsorO final report (organizing things)
Catch up with previous ux researches
Figuring out DRL fund application
