[tor-reports] Noel's report (not Christmas' report but Envite's)

Hi all

April has been a hard month in the personal side, affecting my work on Tor.

Besides assisting to some meetings on IRC and doing es/pt/it support  
tickets (with more delay than usual), I've done nothing. Unfortunately  
this seems to be also what is happening in the start of May.

Still, at least I can say no help is needed.
