* Tor Messenger

    - Announced the second alpha version of Tor Messenger ("RFC: Tor
      Messenger Second Alpha") to tor-dev and tor-talk with enhanced
      privacy settings, and OTR support by Arlo.

    - Prepared TorBirdy 0.1.4 for release.
