Worked on a few Onionoo tickets:
 - fixed a bug in the internal document store that led to not updating
the search index (#12797);
 - added performance statistics to the servlet (#12655);
 - added Cache-Control headers to control local caching by Apache (#12849);
 - later investigated a load problem with the VM that was caused by
Apache's caching (added in context of #12849);
 - made a list of documentation that exists or should exist (#13004); and
 - added a "version" field for clients to check if they're recent enough
(#12905).

Finally signed keys from the Paris key signing party.

Discussed GSoC Weather project with meejah.
