Some things I worked on in April: 

 * Getting the necessary changes merged upstream in Instantbird to support OTR like protocols

 * Continued building out the ctypes wrapper

 * Started bulb, a tor relay web status dashboard
   https://github.com/arlolra/bulb

   It needs packaging and I should hit the relay operators mailing list for feedback.
