What Nick did in March 2014:

 * I analyzed and wrote up a response to the "triple-handshake"
   attack and its kin:

 * I got a Tor release (0.2.5.3-alpha) tagged and release. This was
   my first time running the release process in some while; it
   seemed to have gone slowly.  I'm planning to have this be my job
   for the future.

 * I kept running weekly dev meetings --at first on Mondays, then on
   Wednesdays after a bit.

 * I talked to a bunch of interested students about tor-related gsoc
   ideas, and asked a bunch of questions to help them clarify their
   applications.

 * I merged a BUNCH of code to the tor master branch.  See the
   0.2.5.3-alpha changelog.

 * I met with some nice people who are interested in building
   special-purpose networking hardware to see if Tor would be a good
   killer app for their hardware.  (Spoiler: probably not; crypto is
   expensive.)

 * I answered a bunch of questions about, and made a bunch of
   clarifications to, the pending hidden services and ed25519
   signature proposals.

 * I commented on point-click-publish and TIMB and probably a bunch
   of other things people asked me about.

 * With extensive effort, Andrea and I sorted all nearly the tickets
   previously allocated to the 0.2.5.x-final milestone into
   definitely-try-for-0.2.5 (milestone: "Tor 0.2.5.x-final"),
   try-in-0.2.6 (milestone "Tor: 0.2.6.x-final"), and
   should-be-done-when-possible-time-permitting (milestone "Tor:
   0.2.???").  At the start of the month there were hundred of open
   tickets in 0.2.5.x; now there are 80, more than half of which are
   in needs_review.

 * I tried some dynamic-analyzer code with clang to find some
   undefined behavior and memory issues. (#11232)

 * I got the seccomp2 sandbox code working on Linux under
   chutney. (#11351)

 * I wrote a bunch of small/medium patches, not yet merged, for
   review.

Not directly for Tor:

 * I released a new Libevent 2.1.4-alpha release -- the first one in
   a long time.

 * I reviewed papers for PETS, including a couple of Tor-related
   ones.
