help-fr, 10 in help-zh, and 244 in spam.

742 tickets in help: 730 resolved, 6 open, 1 stalled, 1 new, and 4 rejected
6 tickets in help-ar: 5 resolved, 1 rejected
18 tickets in help-es: 18 resolved
39 tickets in help-fa: 38 resolved, 1 open
9 tickets in help-fr: 8 resolved, 1 open
10 tickets in help-zh: 8 resolved, 1 open, 1 rejected
