In August, I:

- Published the final paper version of ScrambleSuit which is available here:
  http://www.cs.kau.se/philwint/pdf/wpes2013.pdf
  I think that we managed to get rid of the annoying remaining problems and the
  end results seems satisfying.

- Extended ScrambleSuit a little.  I added more unit tests and added
  (semi-)constant-time string comparison code.

- Presented our censorship analyser concept at the FOCI workshop.

- Did some debugging for #9229 and discussed #8979 with asn.
