Here's some of what I did for Tor before the end of October 2013.

Updated the FAQ entry

with info on Chutney and Shadow (#8533).

New Tor configuration option TestingDirAuthVoteGuard (#9206). Good for
Shadow experiments.

Added support in Shadow for running bridge auths, bridges and clients
running with bridges. (Shadow #113).

Verified the possibility of bootstrapping a Shadow network with relays
running multiple versions of Tor, see Shadow issue #114 for
instructions. Clients in a mixed network are still not quite happy.

Made Shadow use the new Tor config option TestingDirAuthVoteGuard.
Awaiting Tor release with that option before merging. (Shadow #146).
