Hi Everyone,

Here is what I did in October:
- Resolved 192 help desk tickets.
- Completed TorCheck translations.
- Recorded a video for #5991 [0], a 3-minute version should be out as soon
as I figure what should be removed from the long version and still get
something useful in 3 minutes.
- tor-qa[1][2]
- Attended three Boisterous Otter meetings.
- Attended two Buoyant Otter meetings.
- Trac tickets reported #9908, #9996
- Setup a port 80 bridge [3] for users who can only access port 80.
- Started working on #5989 [4]
