# Top 5 things I did in April

> * Make ooniprobe into a daemon

> * Start working on the ooniprobe HTTP API

> * Start working on the ooniprobe User Interface

> * Continue work on the ooniprobe User Interface as agreed at the tor-dev meeting. This will entail making a HTTP API for starting and monitoring test progress [1] and a HTML/JS based UI [1]

These are all implemented in the following branch:

What is in there is:

• The presence of a demonized version of ooniprobe
• The presence of a HTTP based API for listing installed tests, starting them and viewing their results
• Supports the addition of inputs from inside the browser
• Creation of a directory in the users home where to store the ooniprobe settings, reports and inputs (~/.ooni)
• Start outlining the places where ooniprobe should install the system files (/usr/share/ooni/)

* Make various improvements and bugfixes to the task manager and get CI to work on ooni-probe
