What I did in February:

- Got registrations by indirect URL into a working state, ticket #7559.
- Modified the facilitator to log proxy opt-in settings, #7969.
- Implemented #8171, whereby proxies get their polling interval from
the facilitator.
- Started looking at the pyobfsproxy source to see how it could be
used to obfuscate flashproxy traffic, #7167.

Next week is reading week (spring break), plenty of spare time, I plan
on getting #7167 done.
