Top 5 things I did this month:
- Wrote the final forensic analysis report [1] with limitations,
findings, mitigation plans, and so on (#7032, #7033).
- Proposed a Stack Exchange page for Tor [2]. The page is currently in
the “Commitment"-phase. We really need more people to sign up and
commit to helping with the page once it goes live.
- Created per language article classes (for answer templates)
associated with the support help queues (#8831). I also created and
modified a few templates to reflect the information contained in the
short user manual [3].
- Updated the glossary for Tor related translations on Transifex (#8773).
- Gave a talk about Tor, online anonymity, privacy, and security at
the Computers, Freedom & Privacy conference in Washington, DC.
Top 5 things I would like to do next month
- Create slides for my DEF CON presentation [4]: Safety of the Tor
network: a look at network diversity, relay operators, and malicious
relays.
- Document the new support workflow (#8518).
- Add more Tails resources to Transifex (#8953, #8955).
- Update and improve the short user manual (#5811, #8003).
- Attend the Tor dev meeting in Munich, Germany.
