Hello everyone,

Done this month:
- Resolved 293 tickets on RT.
- TBB QA[1].
- Continued planning the next Winnipeg CryptoParty.
- Started work on the mumble portion of SponsorF[2].

Notes on RT:
- TorMail / TorChat users continue to contact us for support.
- Hushmail users contacted us for support. (??)
- Many iOS users wanting Tor.
- Increase in Orbot tickets, hopefully coming update solves most/all of
their issues.
- A number of people have been thanking the Tor Project for its work.
- Whenever check.tpo goes down, RT sees a sharp increase in tickets.
- Many potential users contacted the help desk asking why they should
trust Tor.
