Things I did in March:

- Modified the Flashproxy bundling scripts and instructions to use py2exe rather than
  pyinstaller. This solved the issue where our binaries were being flagged as malware.

- Made new bundles.

- Attended dev meeting in Boston.

- Started ruminating about #5426 (having the facilitator remember client registrations).

- Worked on a medley of feature and bugfix tickets, #7559, #8211, #8284, #8424,
   #8434.
