Hello everyone,

My name is Colin Childs and I am one of the new English Support Assistants.

Done this month:

- Started as a English Support Assistant.
- Resolved 273 tickets on RT.

Notes on RT:

- OSX 10.5.x users noticing that the Tor Browser Bundle will not run for
them [1][2].

- Many reported issues have been resolved by extracting a fresh copy of
the TBB.

- A couple mirrors have been reported as unavailable by users in Iran
(this changes per-user).

- A portion of TorMail's users have contacted us for support, or thought
that we provided the service.

- Many setup related tickets have been resolved with the user manual [3].

- SOCKS port change in the TBB caused some confusion.
