Hi,

What happened in July.

- Attended the Tor summer developer meeting and the PETS conference.

- Teached Chutney [1] about bridges and IPv6.

- Got IPv6 stuff waiting for 0.2.4 to open up merged, most notably
  #5534 (Make bridge authorities add "a" lines to router status
  entries).  This means that #4563 (Enable clients to talk to public
  bridges via IPv6) is now implemented.

- Started on #4564 (Enable clients to talk to non-bridge relays via
  IPv6).

What's happening in August.

- Deploying public bridges on IPv6 (#4563).

- Having code for public relays on IPv6 (#4564) ready for review by
  the end of the month.
