[tor-relays] OrNetStats Update Interval

Hi,

OrNetStats,
https://nusenu.github.io/OrNetStats/
a website for relay operators and other interested
parties, showing various stats about the tor network used
to update its stats on a daily basis and recently switched to ~weekly updates
while still maintaining a daily granularity.

If you have any expectations or opinion on how often
the stats should be updated on OrNetStats
please let me know. Off-list replies are fine as well.
