Nobody can help you without Relay fingerprint and torrc. Post the output of:
cat /etc/tor/torrc | grep -v "^#\|^$"

Relevant logs wouldn't be bad either, you can also use a pastebin like:

As far as I can see you have an exit policy but no exit address:

Possibly also IPv6 is not configured correctly.
