[tor-relays] OVH Service

This is for Tor Relay Operators with OVH

A couple of hours ago, I availed a VPS from OVH just to try it out and it's been 10 hours now
and my payment was validated and the order is still being processed, is this a normal waiting time for the order to be delivered? Thanks for the help.
