Some ISPs change IPv4 addresses a lot, often combined with short
periods of disconnection.
So I think the most probable cause for these log lines is that your ISP
currently has issues providing you with a stable internet connection.
I have also experienced changing IPv4 addresses due to power outages
that affected the router.
Does your IP address change more than once an hour?
Maybe you can reach out to your ISP to ask what's going on.
There doesn't seem to be anything wrong about the log itself.
