Hello,

I have misread the email and misunderstood also the subject. I thought
some work is required to fix or triage some trac tickets related to
internal services and I could help in format them better and do some
clean-ups, not to actually solve one particular ticket directed to
internal services. I am sorry I cannot do anything about it myself.

But given the request is logged as a track ticket you should wait a
resolution there, as it will eventually be picked up by the appropriate
person. Or provide more details to this mail list so the appropriate
person might learn about it faster.
