[tor-relays] Is obfs4 still working in China and Venezula

I just set up a new obfs4 bridge (https://metrics.torproject.org/rs.html#details/148BD64BED9F2C27637D986DE032ECF14E5B9E9A), and was wondering if obfs4 is working in China and Venezuela? Thanks.
