[tor-relays] Testers needed for Nyx beta release

Arm says 1568 outbound 151 exit.  Since My exit policy blocks abused ports and has only one /8 range for port 80 I think that is true.

Nyx says 668 outbound 1173 exit.  Also nyx does not list the exits by port number

Ahhh! Gotcha. Yes, it's intended for accounting information to only be present when showing the bandwidth graph.
