[tor-relays] sharing tor relay at night or working hours ? make sense ?

For me, now it takes one-two hours to reach its full potential, but in
the beginning it might take a week or more (given the same day-cycle
running) to get there. I am running this for half a year, though, but
the same happened >2 years ago when I lost the files with the previous
relay.
