You could do both! :) That is, run a non-exit relay from home, and
also donate.

Non-exit relays are still quite useful, and with luck their bandwidth
will become even more needed in the next year or two once we figure out
what sort of cover traffic policies we want to deploy.

I think this idea doesn't work as well as some people (including,
originally, me) hope it would.
