[tor-relays] Problems with firewall rules - SOLVED

Hello everyone,

And great thanks to Moritz Bartl as well as to Petrusko for their replies to help request
(05/08/2016 11:06 PM).
I needed some time first to implement, then to correct, but after getting there, and
waiting for some positive test results (atlas and globe), I can now say :
my problem is solved! My relay is working!
