[tor-relays] 2bithacker.net relays: please specify MyFamily in torrc

Hi Chip Marshall,
thanks for adding so many new FreeBSD relays!
Please do not forget to set the MyFamily parameter in your torrc
configuration to tell clients your relays belong to a single operator.
Since you know ansible already you might also use it to do that
automatically.
If you need help with the MyFamily option let us know.
