[tor-relays] Onionoo down?

When I access https://onionoo.torproject.org/summary <https://onionoo.torproject.org/summary> I see:

HTTP ERROR 500

Problem accessing /summary. Reason:

    Server Error
Powered by Jetty://

But when I access https://onionoo.torproject.org/ <https://onionoo.torproject.org/> it works fine. So it looks like the backend is down.

The corresponding https://onionoo.thecthulhu.com/summary <https://onionoo.thecthulhu.com/summary> and https://onionoo.thecthulhu.com/ <https://onionoo.thecthulhu.com/>  work ok.
