hi, its very easy:

just put your IPv6 adress somewhrere within square brackets into torrc.
ORPort [2001:DB8::1]:9050
- afaik it shouldnt matter where you put it into torrc -
also put
IPv6Exit 1
ExitPolicy reject6 *:*
somewhere in.
- NOT only for exit enabled relays. (ExitPolicy reject6 *:* IS 
rejecting) -
