[tor-relays] descriptions still valid?

i wonder if descriptions on http://www.torservers.net/wiki/setup/server 
are still valid for debian jessie dist? particular chmod 700 ~/.ssh and 
wget https://www.torservers.net/misc/config/sshd_config
