Tonga, the bridge authority, is offline for over a week now, and Onionoo
only returns relays and bridges that have been seen in the last week.
(This is mainly for performance reasons to keep the search index at a
reasonable size.)

Once Tonga comes back, Onionoo will resume listing bridges.
